Jason Roy called the record-setting innings against Peshawar Zalmi  In PSL

favorite innings In the 25th match of PSL on Wednesday, Quetta Gladiators set a new history by surpassing the target of 241 runs set by Peshawar Zalmi thanks to Jason Roy's electrifying innings. 

Jason Roy did not let the Peshawar bowlers run and completed his century in 44 balls while he remained unbeaten on 145 runs off 63 balls with the help of 5 sixes and 20 fours. 

Thanks to this innings, Jason Roy became the highest individual scorer in the history of PSL. While giving a press conference after the match, Jason Roy said that the innings played against Peshawar Zalmi is my best innings so far which I will always remember.

Speaking about his innings, Jason Roy said, "It's one of my favorite innings ever because I stood till the end, quite a few times in limited-overs cricket, when I'd open. When I scored a century, I used to get out after 100 when the team still needed 20 or more runs to win, but today I played till the end, which is a great feeling for any opener. 

It should be noted that Jason Roy left for Bangladesh for his national duty after playing the first 5 matches of season 8 for Quetta Gladiators where he also scored a century in ODI against Bangladesh.
